Scott is the owner of Conscientious Carpet Care and has been in the Cleaning Service Industry since his days at The College of William & Mary.Scott - Staff

Scott has a long history as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg and currently serves as Governor 2013-2014 for Capital District Kiwanis.

Lynne Boole

Lynne-Boole-Staff

Lynne’s career at Conscientious Carpet Care began May 17, 1997.  Lynne is lead technician and senior project manager. She attained Master Certified Textile Cleaner status in 2002. She currently has eight certifications and has credits for cleaning and protecting leather as well as hand-washing your precious oriental rugs.  Lynne has traveled far and wide to learn advanced cleaning techniques from specialists in the industry, and returns to pass that technology onto the staff of Conscientious Carpet Care, insuring that everyone is up-to-date on the most current and advanced cleaning procedures.

Lynne clearly loves what she does. Making customers happy and comfortable is her goal. She will tell you her customers have helped make her the professional she is today. It is very rewarding knowing that she has made your home healthier and cleaner by removing soils and allergens.

In her spare time, Lynne enjoys taking trips with her husband, Rick, to the Outer Banks in their recreational vehicle, taking the Harley for a ride, spending time with her grandsons and doing volunteer work with her Kiwanis Club in Gloucester.  Lynne has three children, Amber, Ashley and Justin…all have “cut their teeth” at one time or another at Conscientious Carpet Care.

Stephanie BoggsStephanie Boggs

Stephanie began working for Conscientious Carpet Care while she was still attending Grafton High School. She completed her high school education and graduated in 1998 after which she became a full time employee of the company. As a technician, Stephanie continued her education by becoming a Master Certified Textile Cleaner in 2001.  Steph was raised in Yorktown, Virginia. She moved to James City County for a few years but missed living in York County so she bought some land and, with her Dad by her side, built her own home there in 2006.  When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Buddy, and gardening. She also plays softball and has a team in the York County league.

Ashley-Dawn-StaffAshley Dawn Walls

Ashley has worked with Conscientious Carpet Care since 2010.  Ashley’s favorite part of her job is when she can make a big difference in the homes and businesses of our customers. She is motivated to do all she can to clean her best because she loves seeing the look of satisfaction in the eyes of our clients. For this reason, Ashley plans to continue her education with the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification so that she may become a Certified Master Textile Cleaner like her mother, Lynne Boole.
Ashley enjoys spending time at the beach and playground with her two year old nephew as well as her longtime friends.

Tia DeSalvoTia-DeSalvo- Staff

Tia DeSalvo began working at Conscientious Carpet Care in 2010 and plans to continue working to become a Certified Master Textile Cleaner.

Tia has three children and loves spending time with them. They enjoy playing baseball and softball, just like their Mom.

Shelly WrenShelly-Wren-Staff

Shelly has served Conscientious Carpet Care as Business Manager since 2002.  Her duties include daily management of the business affairs of the company as well as support to Scott Zimmerman, owner, and the technicians who call Conscientious Carpet Care their “work” home.  Shelly has been in a business setting since 1972, consistently working for senior executives who provided her with a well-rounded knowledge of business and what it really takes to make a business successful…the satisfaction of its customers.

Shelly has a great love of the cleaning industry, both commercial and residential, and finds immense satisfaction in understanding what clients need and want in their homes and businesses; and how to provide support to the technicians who do that work.  Her favorite expression is “the work of your hands provides quality of life of those around you, work hard and be proud”!

Shelly is married to Bill, is a devoted member of CrossWalk Community Church, lovingly raises four four-legged pups, proud mother of two, step-mother of another three and cherishes friendship and laughter.  She is especially proud of her daughter, Jennifer Garvey, who is following in her footsteps at Conscientious Carpet Care.
