Lynne Boole
Lynne’s career at Conscientious Carpet Care began May 17, 1997. Lynne is Director of Operations and senior project manager. She attained Master Certified Textile Cleaner status in 2002. She currently has nine certifications and is wool safe certified. In addition, she has credits for cleaning and protecting leather as well as hand-washing your precious oriental rugs. Lynne has traveled far and wide to learn advanced cleaning techniques from specialists in the industry, and returns to pass that technology onto the staff of Conscientious Carpet Care, insuring that everyone is up-to-date on the most current and advanced cleaning procedures.
Lynne clearly loves what she does. Making customers happy and comfortable is her goal. She will tell you her customers have helped make her the professional she is today. It is very rewarding knowing that she has made your home healthier and cleaner by removing soils and allergens.
In her spare time, Lynne enjoys taking trips with her husband, Rick, to the Outer Banks in their recreational vehicle, spending time with her grandsons and doing volunteer work with her Kiwanis Club in Gloucester. Lynne has three children, Amber, Ashley and Justin…all have “cut their teeth” at one time or another at Conscientious Carpet Care.

Tia DeSalvo began working at Conscientious Carpet Care in 2010 and plans to continue working to become a Certified Master Textile Cleaner.
Tia has three children and loves spending time with them. They enjoy playing baseball and softball, just like their Mom.

Rick Boole
Rick has worked with Conscientious Carpet Care since 2013. Rick oversees is our Sales Service Specialist. He handles maintenance of vans and equipment. Rick is a disabled veteran who served in the Marines. After the Marines, he spent 38 years as a retail store manager in the auto parts industry. He finished his career there as Manager of the Year before becoming a valued member of the Conscientious Carpet Care Family.
Rick enjoys working with customers and talking. Rick also enjoys camping, cooking and spending time with his wife and family.
