Lynne Boole

Lynne Boole is the Director of Operations and co-owner of Conscientious Carpet Care. She has been a cornerstone of the company since 1997, dedicating nearly three decades to upholding the highest standards of service and operational excellence. In her dual role as leader and co-owner, Lynne oversees daily strategic workflows, team management, and quality controls that define the company’s long-standing reputation. A highly credentialed expert in her field, she has earned Master Textile status and holds a specialized WoolSafe certification, equipping her with the precise technical skills required to safely clean and care for delicate Oriental rugs. Her enduring commitment and deep industry expertise have been instrumental in driving the business forward and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with the clients they serve.

Outside her professional life, Lynne is deeply committed to serving her community as a member of the Kiwanis of Gloucester. When she is off work, she enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren and traveling.

Known for exceptional customer service and a collaborative leadership style, Ashley takes great pride in guiding and managing others to deliver elite results. Outside of safeguarding family heirlooms, Ashley is a dedicated mother of four amazing children, including a brave daughter who is a true cancer warrior.
